Michael McHale began his career at Land Rover, UK, as a Toolmaker and graduated to several Design Engineering roles before moving into Cost Engineering. From there, he took up a position in Corporate Affairs during BMS’s acquisition of the Rover Group. He moved to the US in 2000 to launch the all-new MINI, then became Manager, Corporate Communications for BMW NA. He worked as Head of Communications for Subaru in the US from 2007-2017, overseeing communications, with sales growing from 175,000 to 650,000 per year. He was also Head of Communications for EV brand Rivian in 2018.
Michael joined Momentum Dynamics in 2020 as CMO and Chief Communications Officer. He holds a master’s degree in Engineering from the University of Warwick, UK.
